 House on the Rock: Come for the Wonder, Stay Because You Can’t Find the Exit

House on the Rock in Spring Green is one of the strangest places I’ve ever visited, and I mean that as both a compliment and a warning.

 Before we left Rocky Mountain National Park, we took a drive up, up, up into the tundra. Beyond the grass here and there, there was not a single living thing to see besides one lone butterfly and fellow tourists. It felt like we were on the top of the world. 

To The Mountains, We Will Go!

 It was June, school was out, and I thought – I should take my ten year old grandson(Isaac) to see his uncle, Natedogggg, Colorado's very own First Chair champion. What a great bonding experience this would be.
